MUNTERS APPOINTS HEAD OF INNOVATION

Stéphane Darcq, currently Vice President R&D and Product Management in Munters’ Business Area FoodTech, has been appointed Group Vice President and Head of Innovation as of December 1. In this role, he will report to CEO Klas Forsström and be a part of Munters Group Management team.
Stéphane has extensive experience from other air treatment companies such as Carrier, Daikin and FläktGroup in various positions within R&D, Business Development and Marketing. Prior to joining Munters in 2019, he was Chief Technology Officer for FläktGroup’s R&D centers for air treatment, air diffusion and ventilation.
Stéphane will combine the role as Head of Innovation with his current role as responsible for Product Management, Product Development and Marketing within FoodTech one of Munters’ two Business Areas. Since he joined Munters 18 months ago, he has started the FoodTech product development transformation to move to a more customer centric and efficient organization. As Head of Innovation, Stéphane will set the innovation agenda for Munters in the years to come.
Stéphane has a degree in engineering from the French Institute of Industrial Refrigeration. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the Management School of Lyon.
