Preventive maintenance visits
Preventive maintenance visits are a key component of Munters Service Agreements, but are also available upon request on a one-time basis. During the visit to your site, a Munters service technician will inspect your equipment to detect any anomalies in its performance compared to design specifications and your requirements. We also perform standard preventive maintenance tasks such as replacing consumable parts. After the visit, you will receive a detailed service report citing the efficiency of the unit(s) along with recommendations to safeguard your facility against unwanted and unplanned downtime.

Service kits

Rotor performance checks
The desiccant rotor is the heart of any dehumidification system. To maintain the desired operating conditions, it is essential that the rotor runs at a certain capacity. A well-maintained and regularly monitored desiccant rotor will prolong the life of your dehumidifier, helping you achieve your ideal climate, year after year. During a rotor performance check, our trained technicians use our proprietary software to measure and calculate the expected value of a unit’s performance. Doing so enables us to assess the system’s dehumidification capacity, compared to the values stated in its design specification, to ensure optimal system performance.
