Change in number of shares and votes in Munters Group AB

During the month of November, 851,500 subscription warrants in Munters’ warrant program series 2017/2020 have been exercised and as a consequence, the number of shares and votes in the company have increased by 860,015 in November 2020.

As at 30 November 2020, there are in total 184,457,817 shares and votes in Munters Group AB.
