"Saint John of God (SJOG) Hospital in Bunbury established in 1927, currently has 140 Beds. The hospital is run by 526 staff and provides five (5) operating theatres and associated procedure rooms, services provided include ; Dialysis, obstetrics, oncology, outpatients, palliative care, surgery, community drug and alcohol services. 2013 saw the opening of the new Coronary Care Unit, Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Angiography Suite, which include PET and CT scanning. Combined with the Twelve (12) bed chemotherapy unit treatments have increased by 25% due to this facility being available."

Munter's Contribution

"Munter’s were engaged by Dalkia to provide an Evaporative Pre-cooler (EPCC) solution to the main air cooled chiller unit. The units fits onto conventional single- and double-stage condensers and also roof-top DX units. It pre-cools the air entering the condenser system, which in most cases improves or at least equals condenser cooling performance with lower energy consumption. The EPCC has been designed as a natural addition to new air cooled condenser systems thus making a positive contribution to running costs, extension of condenser life cycle and helping conserve energy and the environment. Increased performance at low load provide equivalent COP values as high as 7:1 and provides a winning combination for this prestigious hospital."
