Rotor energy recovery

Do you have an older Munters dehumidifier model operating in your facility but want to reduce its energy consumption? Our expert service technicians can help. Munters retrofit solutions are designed to minimize the energy used by older units, ensuring energy-efficient operation for years to come.

Since most of the energy required for the desiccant process is used to heat the reactivation airstream, recovering energy used in the reactivation cycle generates significant energy savings. Adding Munters purge technology to an existing dehumidification system reduces reactivation energy by up to 30% and typically delivers a return on investment in two years.

Fan upgrades for air handling units

Dramatically reduce the energy consumption of air handling units (AHUs). Replace older, belt-driven fan and motor assemblies fitted on the supply and extract sides within an AHU with a fan-wall array comprised of more energy-efficient electronic commutator (EC) fans. When you choose to upgrade your AHUs rather than replace them, you save time, money and resources.
