In these cases, a Munters service technician is present on site to supervise the installation, answer any questions and ultimately confirm that the installation has been properly implemented.

Mass transfer

Depending on your site’s location, we can provide either installation services or installation supervision services for mass transfer equipment. Our engineers are experts at installing Munters products. If the need arises, they can also help install products designed and supplied by other manufacturers. 

VOC abatement

Start-up and commissioning services are always included in the sale of VOC abatement equipment. It is essential to confirm that the equipment is operating according to precise specifications at all times. Munters dedicated field technicians are specially trained for this task. For every installation, we create an operation and maintenance manual, as well as a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training with the unit, ensuring that your staff is well prepared to supervise its operation post start-up.
