A Munters ServiceCaire agreement includes:

- Written service reports with preventive maintenance recommendations
- Preferred pricing on Munters Genuine Spare Parts and replacements
- Preferred labor rates on billable repair or maintenance visits
- Unit-side training by our experienced service technicians
During a service visit, a Munters technician will carry out a full analysis of the equipment’s performance using calibrated, state-of-the-art instruments, gauges, and tools. We will do a thorough inspection of the equipment and check for proper operation and mechanical function.
Following a visit, you receive a service report detailing the items to monitor, recommendations for modifications, repairs, replacement parts, routine maintenance, and changes in service and/or operating parameters.

Our PrimaCaire™ service agreements for new equipment include all the benefits of ServiceCaire™, plus the added peace of mind of an extended warranty for both parts and labor. This extended warranty is for the full duration of the agreement, which can be customized to your specific needs.
